Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We offer free shipping across India for orders above Rs 750. We ship all over India where a courier service is available.
  • Items will be shipped within 7 days and delivery will take up to 15 days depending on the delivery address.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Items that have visible manufacturing defects.

  • Items that are the wrong product, size, or color from what was ordered.

Proof of purchase (bill) and the original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will be ineligible for exchange.


CANCELLATIONS

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
  • If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Kliyara reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
